The Policy for telecommunications work in the building has changed. All voice and data work must now be logged by the management office. If work is required in the risers, (cabling or wiring work) all work must go through the management office. Please call the management office to have this arranged, allowing at least one week lead time.

For work in phone closets, your own vendor is permitted to access the phone closets. Your vendor must have a current certificate of insurance held by the management office prior to the work being performed. The vendor will be asked to contact security upon arrival to log the work before being granted access.

The certificate of insurance must name the Additional Insureds exactly as below:
